Fatimah Binsaeed is a Graphic and Media Design student at Marymount University. She is skilled with branding, web design, publication design, and illustration for both printed and digital use. She constantly strives to develop her skills, expands her creativity, and find opportunities to grow and improve. She enjoys creating strong visual pieces that could inspire others, and gives them hope and joy.
ARTIST STATEMENT
Art and creativity have always been a big part of my life. Ever since I was a little girl, I have always enjoyed creating art. My family discovered my talent at the age of five, when my school selected my artwork as the best piece of the year, it was then used as a cover page for the PTA meeting invitation cards. Ever since that day, I never stopped creating art, and as I grew older, I decided I wanted to become a Graphic Designer.

The ability to communicate with people in a visual manner fascinates me. So now, as I create my designs, I try to design pieces that leaves a mark in the viewers’ memories, and convey ideas in an appealing way. Although I am a minimalist, I do not limit myself to one style, my ideas and inspiration constantly changes, however, I have one goal for all my pieces, and my goal is to create pieces that could positively affect others, pieces that gives hope and spread happiness, and this is done by using the right colors and shapes.
